Return and refund Policy

Candidates who wants refund has to follow the following steps,

• Refund request will be considered after proper mail communication.
• Refund will be done within 30 working days of time after the communication.
• Refund amount will be completely based on authority’s final decision.
• If the process has been started, refund amount cannot be initiated immediately, after checking with the authority alone we can share the Refund amount once we receive the same.
• After refunding the amount, the company will not be responsible for the Process which has been initiated. Proper handing over from the company side will be given after the refund.
• Refund will be done online through the Online Bank transfer to the account number which candidate provides.

Note to Candidates

• Documents which the candidates are submitting for the process should be legible; Our Organization is not responsible for the discrepancies that are caused due to the Document.
• Process time varies according to the authority and verifiers, once after getting the barcode; we can directly provide it to the candidate so that they can check their own status through online.
• We can initiate and help you in submitting the form of dataflow; we are not responsible for your verifier’s verification to the authority’s email.
• Payment receipt for your Dataflow will be given 3-4 working days of time after submitting the fees.
• Exam process book Fees structure varies according to the qualification and no. of experience letters and additional documents.

Terms and conditions for materials

• Materials which you are purchasing from Resolve Itech Corp will support you for preparing exams; those materials alone will not be enough for clearing Examination.
• Digital materials are Subscription based which is provided along with the materials will be valid for 3 months only after which to renew it certain payment has to be made according to the hierarchy.
• Misusing our materials in any form will not be allowable if found respective legal actions will be taken.
• Transportation delays of the materials will be depending on the weather condition. Once after making the payment only we can dispatch the materials.
• In case of paying for the materials through account, proper screen shots / Reference ID’s should be shared with the concerned team for confirmation.
• Return policy is not available, once purchased materials cannot be returned.
• Courier package which is not received from Candidate side will be reaching Head office, for getting the materials again the candidate can intimate us, for these type of delay our Organization will not be responsible.
• Shipping charges will not be collected from the candidate side within India.
• Incase if any Candidates from abroad countries needs materials, courier shipping charges will be there according to the weight of the materials.
• Candidates are allowed to pay from the foreign accepted currency.
• Subscription which is provided along with the materials will be a soft copy.
• Subscription will be valid for 3 months of time after which it should be renewed for using further, renewal charges will be applicable.
• The no. of mock question in the online login will vary according to the profession.
• Subscription will be supporting you to prepare for the Examination.
• The chances of asking same question will be less, as there is no syllabus for this Examination, questions will support the candidate regarding the ideology.
• Subscription login can be used either in your laptop or in your smart phones.

Refund and return Policy for Book materials

• Book Materials once purchased will not be returned at any cost.
• Book Materials once placed order will reach the candidates within7-10 business days.
• Due to the courier service may get delayed.
• Book Materials which are returned without receiving from the candidate side will be sent again only after proper intimation.
• Our International logistics partner is India Post, they ensure fast and timely delivery of the products to you within 10-30 days working days.
